This January, I’ve definitely been recovering from the excesses of the holidays. All of the rich meals with family and friends this past December sure were fun and delicious! But they tend to do a number on my waistline and my pocketbook. So, I’ve been cooking up a storm and keeping it mostly healthy in the new year so far. Added bonus of this approach: it’s way cheaper than eating out! Win/win for sure 🙂
I’m super excited to be teaming up with my friends at Tiger who are offering my readers (yep, that’s you!) the chance to win an amazing rice cooker and two insulated soup cups that may have you taking your healthy, New-Year’s-Resolution-worthy lunch to work – and saving a few bucks in the process!
